Our bodies are one of our greatest resources. Helping our clients learn to access and integrate this resource is a potent source of healing. This workshop will introduce a sampling of specific exercises and interventions to help deepen a felt-sense of our body experience in our practice. We will offer interventions that can be done seated or standing, online or in person, in groups or individual sessions, regardless of your or your clients’ physical limitations. Sometimes the quickest way to change our minds is to change our bodies - this workshop will offer you a taste of that!
You will receive your access information the day before the webinar.
