All tangible goals start with a vision. But if your greatest desire is still in your head, it’s not a goal; it’s just a dream. A vision board includes anything that inspires you. This can consist of many things such as pictures, favorite quotes, memories/memorabilia, postcards or cards, and more. Creating a vision board can be as simple as cutting photos out of a magazine and tacking them up on your office bulletin board, making a collage online, or it can be as complex as a hand-made frame with personal photos and trinkets. Whether you’ve created a vision board before or just wondering what it is, this workshop will walk you through how to create one to incorporate into your personal life and practice.
You will receive your access information the day before the webinar.
