A new legislative biennium means a new state budget, new priorities, and new opportunities to shape policy that impacts social workers and the communities they serve. With the election this year delivering significant turnover in the Minnesota Legislature, understanding the changing political landscape and what it means for social work advocacy is critical to advancing our work.

Join Jenny Arneson, LGSW, NASW-MN’s Legislative Consultant, for an overview of what social workers need to know heading into the upcoming legislative session. We’ll explore the election’s impact, key legislative priorities, and practical ways to get involved, speak up on the issues that matter to you, and make your voice heard at the Capitol.

Start the session informed, connected, and ready to advocate for social work and the communities we serve!
