About the Speaker:

Jen is currently the Director of Inpatient Care Management at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital and the Post-Acute Network and Relations program.  The primary focus of Jen’s continuing education training will include an overview of medical social work.  Jen has been a licensed social worker since 2004 after graduating from St. Cloud State University.  Jen started her career at Central MN Jobs and Training but transitioned quickly to the field of medical social work due to her passion for both health and social work.  Jen has worked in the settings of Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living and hospital medical social work.  In 2014, Jen moved into a leadership role to support the care management program at St. Cloud Hospital and obtained her master’s in business in 2005.  Jen currently oversees both the inpatient care management team and new post-acute network and relations program which includes supervision to 70+ staff including RN’s, Social Workers, Administrative Assistants, and leadership.  In Jen’s spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids and doing anything that involves being outdoors.
