About the Presenter

As a social worker in aging and disability services, Linnea makes referrals to waivered and community resources. She started her career in subsidy administration for housing choice vouchers and completed section 8 inspections. Then she was a float program coordinator for 12 different adult foster care programs, supported employment, and independent living skills programs assisting people with reaching their goals and maintaining a safe and enjoyable life. During this time, she became fascinated with housing options and dove into researching available resources. She became a Housing Navigator with Catholic Charities, where she completes Coordinated Entry assessments and referrals to supported housing.
